In 1985, Draperies on Wheels was one of the first in the window fashions industry to offer a unique free in-home consultation. For the first time, customers could shop from the comfort of their own homes for custom window fashions.
Since then, owners Tim & Ava Green have not veered away from this distinctive concept that helped brand the company name with quality, reliability, and convenience.
In 2006, the Green's expanded their services beyond just window fashions and changed the face of the company with a new logo, a new location, and a renewed passion to be the best in the industry. With the addition of a 10,000 square foot design studio, DOW Home was born, offering furniture, decorative accessories, and complete interior design consultations.
